Individual mental training at Grip Psychologen starts with an intake interview with one of our mental trainers. Together you will set your goals for the training. Goals we often work on with athletes are: dealing with tension, improving focus and increasing motivation and self-confidence. A mental traning takes up to 10 sessions on average.
