At Grip Psychologen, we increasingly notice a great need for mental training amongst referees. Referees are often under a lot of pressure and have to be sharp at all times to make the right decisions. Mental training can help to maintain the right level of tension and to keep full focus and confidence throughout the competition. It also helps to be more resilient to external influences, such as the spectators, the coaches and the players. 


We offer individual mental training for referees as well as group training. We often work with clubs that offer their referees a couple of workshops in groups.
