Group training MBCT in English
The group training mindfulness based cognitive therapy will be given in English for the first time!
The training will start in January of 2021 and you can sign up for it.
Mindfulness means to focus your attention on the present moment with a curious, accepting and open attitude. The training teaches you to become aware of these automatic reactions and to deal with your symptoms, thoughts and feelings in a different way. This new and 'open' awareness make problems become more manageable and enables you to stand in life in a freer way and to make better use of your qualities.
