Group training Strengthen your self-image (IN DUTCH!)
A new group training Strengthen your self-image will start shortly and you can sign up for it!
A negative self-image can have all kinds of unpleasant consequences in daily life, such as depressive symptoms, anxieties, keeping yourself in the background or working really hard for the sake of pleasing others. The aim of this group training is to increase your self-confidence and build a balanced self-image.
The next training will take place on:
October 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st 2019
November 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th 2019
December 12th 2019
All sessions take place on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm until 8:15pm.
Training in 2020:
Note: the group will only start if there are sufficient registrations
January 28th 2020
February 4th, 11th,18th en 25th 2020
March 3rd, 10th, 17th en 24th
All sessions take place on Tuesdays from 2:45pm until 4:45pm.

April 6th en 20th 2020
May 4th, 11th, 18th en 25th 2020
June 8th and 15th 2020
All sessions take place on Monday evenings from 6:30pm until 8:15pm.

Please mention in the subject you want to sign up for the group training Strengthen your self-image. If after the intake it turns out you can start with the group, an extra session with one of the group trainers will be planned before the start.
